The Aviom D800 A-Net Distributor brings additional connectivity options and advanced features to your Aviom personal mixing system utilizing A360 Personal Mixers. Like the A-16D and A-16D Pro A-Net Distributors, the D800 provides power and audio for up to (8) Aviom Personal Mixers.
Used together with the SB4 System Bridge and Pro16 A-Net console cards, this device merges up to (4) synchronous Pro16 A-Net streams to send up to 64 channels directly from your digital console to your A360 Personal Mixers. You can individually select mix channels for each A360 Personal Mixer, giving each musician control over exactly what they require.
Network Mix Back takes the stereo mix output from each connected A360 and creates a 16-channel A-Net digital stream, so no setup or routing is required at the D800 or the A360. Connecting the Mixes Out port on the D800 to an AN-16/o v.4 Output Module allows these stereo mixes to be interfaced with the transmitter units for the musicians' wireless in-ear monitors, eliminating the need for analog cables from the A360s to the transmitters. Audio connections are streamlined with the Network Mix Back feature, allowing you to keep analog cabling to a minimum, and cleaning up your on-stage setup.
Also included is a rear-panel Ethernet port, which can be connected to a standard WiFi® router. Connecting an iOS device—Apple® iPhone®, iPod touch®, or iPad®—to the WiFi network lets musicians extend the user interface of the A360 onto their device's touchscreen.
You can individually set each front panel port on the D800 to support an A-16II Personal Mixer or an A360, along with its advanced features. Simply set the front-panel slide switch to activate the bidirectional data flow employed by the A360.
