Cost:

Standard shipping is FREE ($0.00) for all orders. If expedited shipping is requested, a quote will be provided that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

For returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns.

Confirmation:

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment:

Domestic Orders: In stock items are typically shipped in 1-5 business days but most ship within 1-3 days. Ground service is available only to the continental US (48 states). 

We will only ship to the credit card billing address or an approved alternate shipping address. We do not ship to PO boxes. If your credit card billing address is a PO box, please use an approved alternate shipping address.

International Orders: We do not ship web orders to addresses outside the U.S. (including APO boxes). 

Due to the constant fluctuations in demand and stock availability, product lead times are subject to change.

- Most products are in stock and ready to ship

- Some may take anywhere from 11-20 days to ship

- Very few will take 30+ days to ship due to backorder

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@audiolifeinc.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
